This 5 CEU course is an advanced DN course for clinicians who want to improve their ability to treat and resolve impairments relating to temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction and tinnitus. There is an increased focus on how to specifically target and regulate the autonomic nervous system with dry needling which is essential in order to fully resolve these impairments. In this course you will learn how to not only treat TMJ and tinnitus by addressing pathological tissue, but will also learn more about the fundamental mechanism through which dry needling works via regulation of the autonomic nervous system. You will walk away with the skillset needed to more optimally treat the impairments linked to the TMJ to include but not limited to jaw pain/dysfunction, ear ringing/fullness as well as their connections to other regions and more!
